About the Dean’s Office

The Cappadocia University Office of the Dean of Students was established to provide guidance, support, and solutions for students in all matters they may encounter in their academic, social, and personal lives. Our aim is to ensure that students continue their university experience in a safe, inclusive, and participatory learning environment, contributing not only to their academic success but also to their personal development.

What Does the Dean’s Office Do? How Does It Work?

• Upholds students’ rights and responsibilities and mediates to ensure a fair university environment.
• Coordinates all processes related to student representation, student clubs, and activities.
• Manages the student life ecosystem, including social, cultural, sports, and psychological support services.
• Acts as a bridge between students and administrative or academic units, aiming to be the voice of every student.
• Implements initiatives that strengthen students’ sense of belonging to the university.
• Conducts assessments on student satisfaction and participation in governance, and develops improvement practices.
